&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336593"&gt;@SpadaFarmhouse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct - if you delete an item it will still show up in your sales reports.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So if you're completely done with it, you can delete it at any time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But if you're still selling an item and you have some stock left in inventory, you should not delete it - you will lose that information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to clean up my inventory listing for 2021, but am unsure about deleting products.&amp;nbsp; Not how to delete them, but rather when is it safe to delete them?&amp;nbsp; Is there a report I should run beforehand?&amp;nbsp; Should I wait until after Dec. 31?&amp;nbsp; I don't want to lose any information I need, or should be keeping, but know that some of the products currently in inventory, I will not be reordering moving forward.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for the guidance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that even if I delete, hide, or make an item unavailable, it will still show up on any reports I run from the past. I hope that helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
