We &lt;EM&gt;do&lt;/EM&gt; offer a &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6756-add-gap-times-to-your-square-appointments-services#265cc5f0a03011c4c24a13bad2e8c6c7" target="_blank"&gt;processing time&lt;/A&gt; feature, where you can allow customers to book in between the appointment of another appointment, but I don't think this will help with&amp;nbsp;what the you are&amp;nbsp;looking to accomplish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Contracts! &lt;/STRONG&gt;You can do what you're asking about here on the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/contracts/templates" target="_blank"&gt;Templates&lt;/A&gt; page of your Dashboard. Feel free to create a custom template, or select a standard template and we'll help you along the way - these are very customizable.       <title>Is it possible to create a contract that is valid for a year (or longer)?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The title of this post has been edited from the original:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;yoga studio - Square Appointments, Contracts, Online Payment&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hello, all!&amp;nbsp; I'm very close to opening a small yoga studio and trying to decide whether to use Square exclusively for class reservations (appointments), waiver signatures and payments.&amp;nbsp; With COVID restrictions, classes will be capped at 6 students.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to have the availability to book drop-in classes (individuals can sign up for a class which will be capped at&amp;nbsp; students).&amp;nbsp; I'd also like the ability for clients to book private one-on-one session or private group session where they would bring up to 5 of their friends.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I read a thread regarding the ability (or inability) to book multiple, overlapping appointments, but the thread was quite old.&amp;nbsp; Is this possible now?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I'd love to be able to send a digital contact (waiver) when clients book an appointment; however, I don't want them to have to complete the waiver every single time they sign up for a class.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to setup the contract so that it only sends one time and then renews maybe one time per year?&amp;nbsp; Or is that something I would have to manage manually?&lt;/P&gt;
