How do I restrict item services to select days and time?

I found this article on setting up categories to restrict the time that an item can be purchased but I don't see the availability section when I create or edit a category. Is this option no longer available and if not is there a new way of doing it?

HI, hopefully this will help. I have Retail Format so not sure about Menu Format.

On Category page, click any category, scroll to bottom.
