&lt;P&gt;Would you mind clarifying your question? - I want to make sure I fully understand. Are you being prompted to re-enter customer information when re-sending a receipt through Square Point of Sale?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, what is the process that you use when taking a transaction underneath a customer profile? Are you selecting the customer before you take your transaction? - If you add a customer to sale &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;after&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; the transaction is already in process, you may be experiencing the issue you described above.&lt;/P&gt;
