    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been battling the same issue. There is NO WAY that square does not have the FULL PAN numbers. How else would a card get run and recognized!!! Square PLEASE HELP not only me but the many other restaurants that have out grown your system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Full gift Card Report - Refused Assistance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've closed my restaurant and will be closing my account with Square. &amp;nbsp;I think it's reasonable to want a full report of gift cards with numbers and balances so that I can respond to customer inquiries about refunds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Square Customer Service refuses to provide a report with full gift card numbers and outstanding balance. &amp;nbsp;Worse yet, the manager on duty won't even take the time to speak to me when requested.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This type of report is not unusual and is provided by other vendors. &amp;nbsp;The POS system I moved from (Clover) has this as a standard report.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If a Square Representative can assist me with this simple request, I'd appreciate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. &amp;nbsp;This thread does not provide ability to download the gift card data. &amp;nbsp;The answer labeled as best indicates you can simply call support. &amp;nbsp;I did that but they refuse to allow the square subscriber to have the gift card number in a downloaded file. &amp;nbsp;You can only get the gift card number on line not in a downloaded file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I need the full 16-digit card number to migrate the existing gift cards over to our new system. After 40 min. of being placed on various holds with Square support, I was told&amp;nbsp; this feature does not exist. They told me the solution was to continue to use Square ( ! ) for basically as long as it takes to redeem the existing gift cards, which is indefinitely. LOL. Such a scam, since I am the owner of the business it's my information, but sounds like square does not see it that way. Would never have signed up to do GC's on this platform had I known. It's a terrible policy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/207381"&gt;@JustinC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;just be honest - square&amp;nbsp; doesn't allow this. Better than the continual brush-off with a solution that does not work. please update with an actual fix!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
