Can I add the employees name on digital receipts?

Is there a way to add the employees name who served the client on the digital receipt? We run a pet grooming business and it would help clients remember and correctly request the same groomer next time they make an appointment. Thanks!

Yes. You can do this with Team Management Plus, as long as you enable Employee Sales Tracking.

The account pays for Team Management Plus. I assume Employee Sales Tracking is enabled since reports etc are recorded and searchable by employee. If this assumption is wrong let me know how to check if Employee Sales Tracking is enabled.

Despite having Team Management Plus the employee is not displayed on receipts. Under 'account and settings' - 'Business' - 'Receipt' there is not option to add/edit the employee name display on receipts. Is there another place on the program to do so?

Hmm, I believe the employee name is listed on a physical receipt but not a digital one.

And yes, team sales tracking is available with Team Plus and can be enabled from the Team tab. As long as your employees are granted a role that allows 4 digit passcode access.

Team Sales Tracking is definately enabled.

So there's no way to have the employee name displayed on the digital copy, just the physical one? If so Square needs to address that.
