Is there a way to export a list of client emails for eGift cards that still have a balance? We'd like to contact clients to remind them of their eGift Cards.

Emails cannot be exported but they are visible within the transaction details. Click the last four digits of the gift card hyperlinked in blue, then you'll see a mini window appear with the email.
