How do I make Appointment Notes required?

When clients book appointments, I would like them to add a Note (required). How does this work?

Also if I could change the verbiage (what the section says) of the Notes section to what I want them to answer. Thanks!

This isn't possible at this time, @courtchristy - what are you hoping to use the notes section for?

If your goal is to establish clear service agreements with your clients, have you thought about using Square Contracts? We provide templates, but they are also fully customizable, so you can use this feature for a variety of things! Hi! It would be useful to me because I am scheduling clients. I would like to collect information about them and what they want to talk about before scheduling the appointment like example "How can I help you? Include briefly what you'd like to discuss, such as any food and nutritional needs, allergies, diets."

Got it - that definitely makes sense, and others have requested similar capabilities here in this thread. It isn't currently possible to make the notes field required, but I'll be sure to drop by with an update if that changes in the future, @courtchristy!
