I am interested in this as well - all of the information on my order confirmation page is not visible to the buyer. It would be very helpful to have the option to edit this page.

Is there a way like on PayPal to have people sent to a landing page after paying for a subscription? I want it to be automatic that they sign up and get an auto email what to do next or a landing page

Great question! The Square Online Store doesn't have the option for adding the landing page for your customers.

I have added your post to a thread where some other sellers have brought this up too.

Also, I am happy to get these feedback over to our Product Team.

This is definitely a feature I would like to see. If the confirmation page isn't customizable, then we should at least be able to link to a landing page.

I am also interested in a confirmation page after someone places an online order. Currently, it is just a blank page and that looks suspicious to the customer!

Hm, that definitely sounds strange, @kvk

While we aren't able to edit the order confirmation currently, it should show the customer their order information. Is it giving a completely blank page that shows?

There is our business logo/header across the top. It's very small.

After that the entire page is blank.

Typically the order confirmation landing page looks like this, if you are continuing to get a blank page instead of showing order information, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Success team directly!
