    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Online Dashboard?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From the main Square Dashboard (on a Desktop browser), you should see "Home" in the top left of the screen. When you click on the three line icon to the left of "Home" It should give you a big menu list on the left side.&amp;nbsp; Scroll down towards the bottom of that list and you'll find one listed as "Online".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you click that and it loads, you can find your items library on the left side menu under Items&amp;gt;Item Library.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you go to the Square Online portion of the site and turn the items to "visible"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you added items through the basic Square Dashboard, you have to go to the Online Dashboard to add additional pictures, place items into Online Categories and mark as visible, hidden, or unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll find the "Online" button in the left column of the Square Dashboard. Once there you can go to the Items Library and mark items as visible.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

But the&amp;nbsp;"hidden" item isn't being brought up via a google search. It's just straight up showing as available even though the settings are definitely set to show&amp;nbsp;"hidden." Do you happen to have any pointers to share?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just wanted to pop in and clarify one thing, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/185389"&gt;@mulekickmag&lt;/a&gt; that I may not have made clear earlier. If you mark your items as hidden, they will remain hidden from the Shop All and Order Online shop pages. However, you can still&amp;nbsp;add a hidden item to a Featured Items section for it to appear on your website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can remove items from the Featured Items section by navigating to the page in the editor, and clicking on the section. Click the three dots to the right of the item name you wish to&amp;nbsp;remove from the section. You may need to re-publish for the changes to reflect on the live site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7075-set-up-time-based-categories-in-your-square-online-store" target="_blank"&gt;setup time-based category&lt;/A&gt; by any chance? If an item is coming as&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Available Later&lt;/EM&gt;, that usually because the customers are trying to order outside of the time the item is available.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Other things to check:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you fulfilment settings are setup. For example, if items are available for&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Delivery&lt;/EM&gt;, you'll want to check &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6862-local-delivery-with-square-online-store" target="_blank"&gt;your Delivery&amp;nbsp;settings are all set&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure the location is set to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Physical&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;within your Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure items are in-stock.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
