Good question! You can enable/disable the ability to clock in/out from the Square Team app at any time.

To do so, visit the Timecard Settings section of your online Square Dashboard.

Hello, We recently let a team member go due to falsifying their time card. We have disabled clock in and clock out from the teams app, however the staff can still use the pos on their phones to clock in and clock out. How do we disable that?

I'm sorry to hear you've had to let a team member go. You can edit your Team Permissions to remove POS access from your team member permissions:
