Customer ticket stubs printing at top

All of a sudden this morning the customer ticket stubs print at the top of the ticket rather than hanging from the bottom. This is much worse for us than the old method of the tickets attached to the bottom. Is there a was to switch it back to a bottom hanging ticket stub?
