Why can't I see my team members transactions?

I added two of my employees onto my teams and they did the email and code process to be able to start doing transactions and so forth, but im not able to see the transactions they have made ,i can only see the ones ive made, also when they log into the app it gives them an option to go into 2 two companys , my business and my account. im confused !!!!!
