    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my appointments all set to prepaid. When a client schedules online, they must pay this to book.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently turned on the ability for clients to reschedule. I’ve only had one person use this option so far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my question is, does square charge the prepay amount every time they reschedule? This client has rescheduled twice now. So I’m not sure if she’s been charged 3 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule a prepaid appointment, they must contact you directly to do so. Any changes made to a prepaid appointment after it is booked will not be reflected in your reports, and will require a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/article/5060" target="_blank"&gt;manual refund&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if needed. This means that no, we do not auto refund them or charge them twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they were to cancel and then book again, yes, they would be charged again but not for rescheduling.&amp;nbsp;I hope that answers your question!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":shooting_star:"&gt;🌠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
