Are email inquiries from customers saved anywhere on the site? I have not found a section for this.

When I get an inquiry from a customer I get it to the email I am signed up with but it doesn't appear to be stored anywhere on the site. IE: I can't log into my dashboard and read the message, I have to go check it on my email account.

Occasionally I lose track of these and it would be nice to have a backup.

HI, there is no dashboard email section. Best advice is to create incoming email rules. Search your email provider support page to create a folder for incoming inquiries.

But ... I actually did find it after I asked this question, lost it and have now found it again.

It was not an intuitive location but here it is for anyone else who would like to be able to view their customer contact messages inside of Square. Go here:
