Can I make a day unavailable for clients to book online, but still be able to book for them?

Can I remove a specific day as an available option for online booking? I don’t want customers to be able to freely book a specific day online. I do however want to keep that day open on my schedule for me to book it.

You'll start by heading to the Calendar page of the Appointments section within your Square Dashboard.

Click Edit Availability - and before unchecking, be sure that you've toggled over to Recurring schedule if you want this change to apply to every week going forward, as the screen that pops will default to One-time change.

Once you've toggled over to Recurring schedule, go ahead and uncheck whatever day you do not want clients to see as bookable online. You will still be able to book freely at any time you want, but your clients will no longer see that specific day when attempting to book online.

Here's an example of what your calendar will look like when you've booked an appointment on a day that is not bookable online:
