Hi there so while playing with the appointments app I scheduled an appointment for myself and then canceled it. When I got the text messages it says to chat reply to this message. Great I did. Took me over an hour to find where this message went. Is there a way to have new chats or message notifications come to the app on phone or tablet. We do not have the dashboard open all day in order to answer these chats. It would absolutely be a help. If there is not something in place is it something that could be implemented in the future.

Hey @Windswept-garde. Good question! Currently there's not another place that those messages can appear. But this is good feedback. I can make sure this gets to our Product Team!

@nika Was wondering if this is fixed? It would be great to have messages show in the Square Appointment app.
