&lt;P&gt;You'll want to head to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members" target="_blank"&gt;Team&lt;/A&gt; section of the Dashboard to set up your team first. Next, open your Square Appointments app and&amp;nbsp;turn on the &lt;EM&gt;P&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;asscodes&lt;/EM&gt; setting:&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Security &amp;gt; Enable Passcodes &amp;gt; &lt;/EM&gt;here, you can specify when a passcode is required.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just checked and here’s what I found:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the grey square app, when I go to settings as a “full access” team member, I’m given a warning that says I’m not allowed access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the green appointments app, even though I should be able to manage the calendars of other employees, I’m unable to even sign on because I’m not the “owner” and I’m not a team member on Appointments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I advise asking the owner of the account to double-check the permission sets located in their Square Online Dashboard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The owner can make the necessary&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5591-get-started-with-employee-management" target="_blank"&gt;Team permission&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;changes by heading to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Team&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;section of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/employees/permissions/employees" target="_blank"&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Permissions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; Select an existing permission set and make edits &amp;gt; Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I am having trouble following these instructions. I don't see the "security" option in any of the appointments settings. I looked on the desktop/dashboard, ipad appointments app, and iphone appointments app. I am the primary authorized user on my account so it should not be a permissions issue. please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll want to make sure you've done this before trying to enable passcodes for team members.&lt;/P&gt;
