Creating services

I am a single entrepreneur but I am looking to expand. I am unsure how to schedule myself only then allot extra hours for services when I am done.

So lets say I work 915-230 for massage only. Can I somehow book meditation, or a sauna after that without my personal schedule being open since I am the business owner?

I tried to open up the business hours but it still lets you book me in those "after hours" for massage. I want those other hours to be for other services I am offering. Not for massage. Does square allow for this versatility with services?
