Shipping $$ Challenge

Need to calculate a shipping $$ for two types of items, but still give a 'free shipping' based on order amount.

Current config-

Over 100 items with 2 different 'types'

Item TYPE One (small) and ships USPS business- setup with weights of .01 lb.

Item TYPE Two (bigger) and ships USPS overnight- setup with weights of 1.01

Shipping Cost
0.01 lb to 1 lb - $14.00
1 lb and up - $45.00
Default Rate - $14.00

I would like to give free shipping on either-

All orders > $300

or better-

If Type One, order > $80

If Type Two, orders > $300

Could this be possible?

Hi @WallyKern You can add multiple shipping rates to your store so that you can have an option for free shipping. It won't be possible to create the rule based on Type One or Type Two, but you can definitely add it for all orders.

Navigate to your Square Online overview page, and click on Settings>Shipping. Click the Edit link to the right of your current region (Continental United States) then click on + Add Another Rate at the bottom of the list. Choose the option for Free Shipping, and set your parameters. Make sure to click Done in the top right, then Save in the same corner on the next page.

The free shipping option will only show for cart totals to meet the rules you setup, for example, minimum total of $300.

Thank you for the response. I was able to figure out how to do both solutions before posting this question, just not both together 🙂 But again, thank you.
