Coffee Shop Order Add-on's

We are using our system at our coffee shop, works great. However, I am wanting to set it up to where we can add extra's to the drinks, directly on the drink order.

For instance, someone orders a latte, but they want extra flavor shots. Is there a way we can add the extra shot costs when selecting the drink they want, instead of having to add it like an extra item?

You could do that with item options or with modifiers, both of which can be used to change the price if a different choice is selected. If it was me, I'd make a modifier called "shots", then set the price of each to reflect whatever amount each would add to the price (if applicable), e.g. 1 is 50 cents, 2 is one dollar, 3 is 1.50, etc.
