Selling an annual membership that requires a liability wavier

In an effort to reduce fees and streamline the annual membership process, my bike club decided to start using square to take payments.

There is a bit of a catch. All of our membership forms have a liability release (as required by our insurance coverage). Is this something that square contracts could handle or will this be something that a 3rd party app would have to tackle?

Sure Square Contracts has a waiver template you can use. Attach it to a recurring invoice so your customer can sign and send it back with payment.
