Can you take a tip from a customer, with out a transaction?

We run a small taxi service, and have a prepaid service with a couple of local businesses were there customers receive free rides.

My question is can they tip my drivers with out a transactions?

Hi @joebp,

There isn't a way to tip without a transaction, no.

Your drivers can enter an amount to charge the customer for a tip as a transaction but the tip screen won't show without a transaction being rung up first.
