Tax Rules for dining options not working

Trying to setup a tax rule based on different dining options. I've followed the support doc but still not working.

I have dining options set with "To-Go" as the default, and "For Here" second. I've disabled Delivery and Pickup.

I have numerous items created already, and have 2 different sales taxes based on location.

When I go to create the tax rule, I am able to name the rule, select the sales tax and select the location.

However, when I go to select Dining Option, the "Select Dining Option" window opens, but there are no options listed. The only thing that shows up is the "Search Dining Option" search bar, but nothing turns up.

Please advise.

HI, have you tried adding a test item with the Delivery and Pickup turned on? To understand this, I believe you turned off the exact thing that is needed for this to function as you want.
