Making an item except from order limiting?

Is there a way to make particular items except from order limiting?

I have limited the amount of orders excepted at one time however, we are selling a ready to go item on our online store. Is there a way to sell this at anytime of the day without affecting our order limitations?

@same I don't see a setting that restricts order limiting on an item level. Checking with my team to confirm.
