Can I change business type?

When I signed up for square I think I made a mistake when I selected my business type. How do I change it?

Just to be clear, are you referring to editing the Merchant Category Code that your business is listed under when activating?

If so, the only way to currently edit an existing MCC is to reach out directly to our Support Team. They can help get you where you need to be.

I set my business to the wrong category. I need to be a 501c3 but chose something else. How do I fix this?
