HI, you can change the name in a few places.

Square Dashboard, Settings, Account & Settings, Business, Locations, click on Location displayed, Edit

Online Dashboard, Website, Site Preferences, Site Title, click Change Site Title

Online Dashboard, Settings, General, Store Information, Edit

These steps should change the Display Name within your account. You need to contact Customer Support so they can change the information within their dashboard.

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link. Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST. (Today is a Holiday, President's Day)

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
