I offer both paid services and a free consultation. I currently use no show protection to collect the client's card information at booking BUT it's kind of "turning off" potential clients who are trying to only schedule a free consultation. Is there a way to selectively apply the no show protection function? I don't want potential clients to need to enter their credit card information for a free appointment but at the same time, I would like the security of being able to charge for a no show on a paid service.
