'Component Inventory' sheet in Exported .xlsx Catalog doesn't give full list of items.

Hi,

I've been trying to export the item library in .xlsx (Excel) format. While I am able to download the file, I never get the whole list of items and their variations in the "Component Inventory" sheet.

I am looking to get the 'Component Inventory' sheet to work on units and their unit conversions.

I only receive items that begin with the letter 'D' in alphabetical order. (I understand it only shows the items that have unit conversion data)

I tried -

1. Clearing cache and history.

2. working on a new browser (microsoft edge)

3. Contacting Square Support (multiple times - they don't respond)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there @Tansach

I can see that our Engineers have started to work troubleshooting this situation for. Please let me know if at anytime communication gets lost. When situations are impacting a single account it may take a bit for our Engineers to determine the root cause. But rest assured that you're in good hands.
