Square Marketing and Coupon Codes

Hi,

I have just started the Square Marketing and sent an email with a Coupon Code. The Square Marketing email generated a code automatically. I know that during the check-out I should click on the three dots, redeem rewards and use code. However, the Square Register cannot find the code. Therefore, I believe I should created a coupon code just like creating discounts but I don't know how.

Please note that I am not talking about the Square Online. I know how to create coupon codes for Square Online. My question is about the Square Register. Once an email campaign generates a coupon code, what do I need to do in order the Square Register recognize and apply this code?

Does this coupon have an expiration date? Or could you send a screenshot of the details on this campaign. It can give me some more insight on why the code isn't working.

Also, do you use the standard Point of Sale or something else like Retail or Restaurants?

I also am having trouble getting some coupon codes to work. I am not sure why Customers search for their names and phone numbers and emails and it won't work.

Please help.
