I pay for Square Marketing why can't I send an email to my customers?

I am writing to get an answer and have someone look into my account. I am being charged $25.00 per month and have a draft email that can't go out as it states that I have to Upgrade my account. I don't understand why my account is not able to send out an email to my clients. Can I also find out how to get a pin so I may speak to a customer service agent as I paid for an entire year for Square Website.

You can reach out to our direct CS team here. Make sure you're signed in on the top right first and then select > More > I Don't See My Issue. It'll show our phone number and your customer code needed to call there.
