@Payette_Chamber You can print from the web browser and it looks pretty good imo on a summary report. The .csv is not as convenient and there have been some feature requests for better looking reports, but if you regularly need a really good looking report, look at the custom section on the bottom left of the online dashboard. Go to Reports ----> Custom Reports ----> Create New Report. From here it is pretty easy to right click print and get a nicer version. Especially for summary options.

The other thing you can do is create a macro and just record yourself editing the .csv to make it look better and use that each time you export a report. I have used that on many programs to get what I want.

If your treasurer has to have it in a excel format, I would contend that a comma delimited report is perfectly acceptable even if it isn't "looking good" since obviously the numbers are more important.

Is there an option to download or print a summary report that isn't only a csv export? I'm looking for a simple way to give my organization's Treasurer a printed report, but the whole process of exporting it as a csv, then reformatting everything in Excel to look professional again (it doesn't) is just a headache, when it seems there should be a simple "print to pdf" option on something as established as Square.
