Why are appointments booked via Reserve with Google automatically accepted?

My reserve with Google automatically accepts all appointment requests. In my settings I have it set for me to accept or decline. How can I fix this?

When you are utilizing Reserve with Google, appointments will be automatically accepted upon booking. Learn more about some of the other restrictions you may encounter when using Reserve with Google along with Square Appointments here. Let us know if any questions come up! ✨

Hey all,

I setup my Square Appointments where I have to confirm the appointment before it is booked. With Google Reserve, customers are able to book appointments but they are automatically confirmed. Is there a way where Google Reserve bookings must be confirmed by me before they are officially on my calendar?

When your customers book appointments using Reserve with Google, you will not have the option to confirm appointments, as they will be automatically accepted upon booking, @ironblade 🔪
