Hidden page option

Hi! I’m an artist, and have “releases” on specific dates and times. I would like to have a page with these new items that customers can not see until published (ie hidden?) ... but how can I continue to make other edits and publish on other pages without uploading the in progress page?

HI, are you on the Free Plan or a Paid Plan?

For a Paid Plan, you can password protect a page.

For a Free Plan, a page created is auto Visible To Public.

Thank you 😉 yes I saw the password option (I’m paid)... another option is to have items visible but not available to purchase... but then I’d need to be able to bulk publish their stock at one time...

What do u mean you “use and share settings on regular retail”? Sorry if I’m being dense

HI, yes, you can Bulk Edit, Mark As Visible.

Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to edit.

Online Dashboard, Items, Item Library, all the items in your inventory have a blank box before them, when clicked the Bulk Edit option appears far right, drop down list appears, Mark As Visible

So glad you asked. I like to help because I remember when I first started with ecommerce very early on and it can be confusing. I sell online only, in helping out I realized there are several options available with Square that I do not know, Appointments, POS, Menu Format template, etc. I added that to my signature line so sellers will know I can help with their Retail Format store.
