How to check the orders before the client pays with credit card to make sure they are complete

looking for a message from the site if client orders, want to see the order and approve before payment goes through. That is because on tours clients want to do things that don’t fit into one day. Rather fix that before they pay then refund mess

Are you asking if it's possible for a customer to place an order through your Square Online website without paying for anything, and then retroactively charge your customer for the items/services once you've approved the order, @RealToursCR? I just want to make sure I'm understanding what is being asked here before jumping the gun with a response! ✨

I offer tours, customer can plan his own package. Sometime they put too much stuff into a day and it’s not possible. Would like to see the order before it’s being charged.

It's not currently possible for a customer to place an order using your website without paying,@RealToursCR.
That would be considered a feature request at this time.

Have you considered using Square Appointments for the booking of these tours?

Square Appointments gives you the option to deny or accept appointments:

The only thing we would be concerned about is - if your business requires booking groups of people, Appointments would not be able to accommodate that kind of business model, seeing as the platform for Appointments is made for one client meeting one staff member.

1. Tried to upload service list to square appointment. Hundreds i would have to do manually

2. Once on hour is booked it blocks that time slot, but I can operate multiple services at the same time

Unfortunately, although importing/exporting items is possible with Square, it's not currently possible to import or export Services to a CSV file @RealToursCR.
