    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/361228"&gt;@kopplamassage&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To redeem an eGift Card, you'll need to add the customer to the sale before going to the Tender screen. As long as the customer has claimed their eGift card, you'll see the card under the Card on File line on the tender screen. Linking that card to the transaction will automatically reduce the balance on the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the eGift Card 16 digit code that was in their email as well, but it's been my experience it's just that much easier to link their name to the sale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer has to click a link in the email they received &lt;EM&gt;before&lt;/EM&gt; the eGift card is available for use.
