I’ve added descriptions to my services that never change and for the sake of time would like them to appear on estimates without having to copy paste the description into notes every time. Is there a better way?

I want to make sure I understand what you need. It sounds like you are not seeing your service name/discerption on your invoice estimate, is that correct? I can see that your services are saved correctly in Service Library.

The name appears but the description that I’ve added to my services does not unless I add them to the notes each time. Is there a way to have these descriptions attached to the services and visible to the customer without having to add them every time I create a new estimate?

After testing this on my end, it does not look there is a way to add the description service so that it shows on the invoice estimate. Unfortunately, you need to add it to the notes every time. Square for Retail may have a workaround or can offer additional details.
