How do I get products to display randomly within a category?

How can I set up my website so products display randomly (vs. most recently uploaded) within a category? I'd like to have a mix of my jewelry (e.g. pendants, rings, earrings), let's say, pop up when someone clicks on that main category, vs. all the pendants of just one shape which I uploaded all at once today. I don't mind the most recently uploaded product order when someone clicks on the subcategories (e.g. square pendants) but for some of the larger categories, a random display would be nice so customers can initially see a mix of offerings. Or is there a way for me to arrange this myself? This would be more of a pain due to the number of items but is at least better than what's happening now. Thanks for any insight!

HI, you can see if Arrange & Add Items within the Editor will help.

Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to adjust.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page: Home, select Shop All, select Item List, click Arrange & Add Items, under Arrangement click the down arrow, select Value

When I navigate per above "Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page: Home, select Shop All, select Item List, click Arrange & Add Items" the is no "Arrangement" drop down? There is just a list of items that can be put in a specific order. Because we add and remove items every week, having to navigate here to change the order or items is a real pain. Our items contain a number at the start, so having the option (per above) to have them automatically sorted alphabetically would be ideal.

Why don't we have this Arrangement drop-down; is there a setting elsewhere that we've missed?

When you arrive to click Arrange & Add Items, click on Arrangement to see your options.
