Square Team Scheduling key features

We recently just switched to Square Team for Scheduling and have noticed that there are a few key features that our employees desire out of the scheduling solution.

Syncing their schedule to their personal calendar automatically
Time off requests (This is a feature I am aware is currently, but I wanted to express support for the feature as well.
A messaging system of some sort to be able to communicate with our employees and allow for them to communicate amongst themselves to ask other employees schedule related questions.

These features would benefit almost every type of business that uses Square for their scheduling Solution and are features that competitors already have.
