How Payroll's fee structure is laid out is that you only get charged $5/<STRONG>paid</STRONG> employee in the month plus the base fee. It shouldn't matter how many employees you have on the system, just who gets paid.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Owners do get counted as an employee if you're pulling a check, though.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If you're still seeing an overcharge, I definitely recommend reaching out to customer support.
