Can I enter more than 1,000 items in the inventory?

I imported an Excel file with 1200 items into inventory but I couldn't import it until I reduced that below 1,000. Is there a way to add more than 1,000? We would need it to be more than that.

Yes, you can have more than 1000 items in your inventory. However, the system slows down a bit with the more items you include on your spreadsheet. Can you try uploading the remaining 200 items separately. Just choose the Modify option to add to the existing 1000 items instead of the Replace option when uploading.

Thanks for replying. I tried as you suggested. I still received this message - "An Item Library can have a maximum of 1,000 option sets. Remove extra option sets." Is it possibly referring to something else?

Ah okay - looks like you've added Items Options to your inventory as well which could sounds like there's a limit. Reach out to our CS Team to confirm.
