edit enter your details in booking flow

I'd like to add more specific questions to the booking flow "Enter Your Details" portion of the appointments website. Is that possible?

I need to know more information beside their name and contact info. Any way to navigate this would be enlightening. Thank you!

Stepping in for Bernadette on this one.

What you're asking for would be a Feature Request for the Booking portion of the Appointments feature. This is some excellent feedback to send over to our Product Team.

In the meantime, I could suggest sending a follow-up email to the customers asking the more specific questions you need for their appointment. You can customize the emails on your Dashboard under Appointments > Settings > Communications > Email Notifications
