How to find out when the item was sold?

May be I'm just missing something, but when I go to Item History, it groups many days and tells me total item sold. e.g. (3/27/20 - 2/19/21 10 sold $76.90)

How can I find out exactly what day and time each of those 10 sales had occured?

I guess I can export item detailed list, but for something like this example, exporting almost a year of sales data is a big file for me.

Actually I'm asking because, I need to find a customer who bought a specific item. We know he bought that one item, but no one can remember exact date and time.

For that specific scenario, I would go to Transactions in the Dashboard and then either search by Item name or Customer:
