    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Valentina, I actually figured it out!&amp;nbsp; The Square KDS extension does exactly what I need.&amp;nbsp; Once we enter the items into a check on the Restaurants app, then the order goes to the KDS.&amp;nbsp; After the order is out, I tap twice and it's marked as "complete"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get an answer from the support desk on this. Here is the scenario:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Food trailer that appears a local breweries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the Self Service ordering, which works great.&amp;nbsp; The iPad gets notified, and we can manage the order as in progress and "delivered / completed" once we run the food out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for a way to manually enter a window walk up order into the Restaurants app and manage it the same way.&amp;nbsp; Right now, I have to go into the "Transactions" page of the app, which does not give me the ability to mark orders as completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I accomplish this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If someone just walks up, you would type the items into the sale and process the payment. We don't really have a way to mark in-house orders as complete. Do you run tabs? If so, you can turn on &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5337-use-open-tickets-with-square" target="_blank"&gt;Open Tickets&lt;/A&gt; and name the ticket after the person. If you have a printer, that ticket name will populate at the top so that you can find them easily. Otherwise, once a payment is processed from the POS, we assume that you got the product to your customer.&lt;/P&gt;
