shipped products verses pickup

Some of our customers pick up the products at our store front and some of our customers purchase online which require shipping. There's a button in the checkout page for how do you want your products, pick up or shipped. If somebody wants to pick up a product but buy it online how do I remove the shipping cost which is included in the pricing? Thanks in advance for any advice✌

You would need to adjust the pricing of your items to not include shipping, then setup shipping for your store under Fulfillment > Shipping.

How do you currently ship your products, or rather, how did you calculate shipping into the price? Is it based off of a flat rate, or a weight based estimate?

You can setup your shipping rates to be based on either option, or you can choose to charge shipping based on order quantity, or total amount of order. You can learn more about setting up manual shipping rates here.
