How do I view ticket notes?

Our staff are able to enter notes about a transaction, and it would be helpful to go back and view those notes. Is there a place those notes can be viewed? It would be amazing if those notes showed up when reviewing the transaction on the "Transactions" page or "Activity Log".

You can view the notes from your Transactions page by selecting the transaction in question! ✨

If you are looking for the notes in-app through the Transactions tab, you'll need to first select the transaction:

@Valentina - I'm looking at the Dashboard. Home > Reports > Activity Log
We predominantly want to see notes in relation to discounts/comps being used.

If you click the activity line item, then the receipt link, you should see notes here, @jstemma!
