    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can agree how frustrating that is, I've had this happen a time or two and nothing upsets me more than a last minute cancel or no show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are these services fixed prices?&amp;nbsp; If so you could add add the "require prepayment" option under payments and cancellations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i have a nail salon and square offers the option to maintain books full that a 100 percent fee is charged for no shows and 50 percent for late cancellations .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;all my clients are aware of this as once they book it’s sent via email and it’s also mention somewhere in their confirmation text and email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had a client who cancel last minute and she unlinked her card before i could charge the cancellation fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;their should be an option that once they cancel and it’s passed the period square automatically charges .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is so inconvenient for business .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
