RSVP/Registration Form: How to send confirmation to customers?

I am using an RSVP/Registration form to take registrations. How do I send automated confirmation emails to the customer after they fill out the form?

I am collecting their email as one of the required fields. The registration is for up to two people, so there is a second email field that is not required.

Square Marketing doesn't look like it will handle confirmation emails. I need the same functionality as the order confirmations..

I will certainly look at Square Marketing. There's a lot to like there even if it doesn't cover this use case.
