&lt;P&gt;For your first ask, your best best is to add a section to your booking site (select the option for text) and add that&amp;nbsp;message so your clients know to call for a better time slot.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to have a custom message that pops up when my patients are booking online.&amp;nbsp; I would like it to say something like "if you do not see a time available that works for you, please call us directly".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also like there to be a message before they book or right after, asking them if they have any medical conditions that they need to discuss prior to their visit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this something that can be done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
