Payroll Hours from Square App Not Importing

Hi there!

We have an employee that's been clocking in and out using the Square App for employees because we don't have a POS for that business, but his hours are not visible and are not importing when we run payroll.

He doesn't see any of them either so we can't import them manually.

How do we rectify this? We have to enter payments already made to him as well.

Heya @WeServePeople,

This happens when employees use the Payroll App instead of the Team App.

They will accidentally create an account separate from the one they work for.

When they login, have them Select the green Team button from the first page, and then the name of the business.
